Event Cost: $150.00 per ensemble plus WA State Sales Tax, by location
Registration Deadline: Friday, February 27, 2026
Payment Postmark Deadline: Friday, March 20, 2026

  • The registration form below allows you to register all your ensembles at once. Complete the first section and select the number of ensembles you wish to register, then complete the form sections for each group.
  • This registration form will also generate your festival invoice. If you do not receive a pdf copy of your invoice within a short period of time after completing the form, or if there are mistakes on the form, contact the Webmaster.
  • Please submit a copy of your invoice to your bookkeeper or other party responsible for payment. Make sure you inform them of the payment deadline and unique invoice number.
  • DO NOT alter the invoice at any time without consulting the Event Coordinator. If changes in registration are approved by them, the Webmaster will generate a new, adjusted invoice for you to submit.
