DIRECTIONS
To begin the nominations process, please use the link below to generate draft invoice with a unique number. After completing the invoicing information, you will receive the link to the student nominations form.
Please copy and save this link, in case you have additional nominations to complete at a later date.
After the coordinator selects members of this year's Honor Choir, you will receive a letter from the event coordinator listing all accepted students and a finalized invoice. Do not alter this invoice. You need to pay for all students who have been selected. Please submit the invoice to your Accounts Payable or ASB Secretary, or other paying entity so that they can send it to the SJMEA Treasurer by the postmark deadline.
Music, part assignments, and additional event information will follow shortly after acceptance notifications go out.
