SJMEA Elementary Festival Registration Form
Festival Information (Please also refer to emailed information for more details or contact the Event Coordinator.)
- Registration fee: $6/student
- Festival Date: Saturday, March 25, 2023
- Morning Session: 9:00-12:00. Afternoon Shift 1:00-4:00.
- Location: Ferndale High School Performing Arts Center
- Deadlines: Registration opens January 9 and closes January 27, 2023
- Postmark Deadline for payment: Wednesday, February 15, 2023
Form and Invoice Instructions for Directors:
- Fill out the registration webform below.
- Our electronic system will automatically send you an invoice according to the number of students you register.
- Submit the invoice to your district or PTO for payment. (SJMEA will not send a bill.)
- Remember, your coordinator makes festival arrangements according to the number of students you register. You must pay for everyone who registers, even if they do not perform.
- SJMEA accepts payments from districts, booster clubs, PTAs, etc. for the full amount of the invoice. We do not accept cash or personal checks from parents.
