Cost for each Junior Large Group Ensemble is $100

DIRECTIONS TO THE VENUE:
-Exit I5 onto Anderson Road
-Right on Anderson Road
-Right on Old Hwy 99
-Left onto Blackburn Road. The School is at 820 W Blackburn Road
-Turn in is directly after the Bus Garage on the Left. It is directly after the MVCS sign
-Bus unload is in front of the Elementary school.

BUS UNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS: Buses should drop off in front of the Elementary school.
 
DIRECTIONS TO BUS HOLDING ZONE:
Buses may park in the far end of the Parking Lot nearest the entrance. Student Pickup will be at the same spot as drop off. Please make pick-up and drop off quick as to not clog up the pull through.

CHECK-IN: There will be a check-in table in the foyer of the Elementary School. Please check in there. To the Right of the check in table will be the Elementary school gym for storage

STORAGE: We will use the elementary gym for storage, which is to the right of check in. Follow the signs to the storage area, and then to your school’s allotted storage space. Please do not have the students play their instruments, rough house, or use this area as a holding ground.
 
WARM-UP: Warm-Up will be in the social room off of the Elementary School Gym. After warming up, students will need to cross the parking lot to the High School and will enter the Hamming Commons via the stage Right side. After the performance, groups will exit stage left to the high school band room. As it is a bit of an interesting traffic pattern, groups cannot go backwards.

PERFORMANCE:  Bands are allotted 20 minutes for each station of warm up, performance (from the time you enter to the time you exit), and the clinic. Because there is no lunch break this year, there is no time to make up for groups that run over, so please keep the “on stage and off stage time” to 20 minutes max. Any time not utilized on stage by a band will go toward a microphoned on-stage clinic (designed also to educate the audience), then the band will move to the band room for the private clinic time.

LUNCH: Lunch will not be provided.
 
SCHOOL IS IN SESSION: Students are not allowed to go into the main part of either the Elementary or High School buildings unless there is an emergency. There will be signs up citing the boundaries of where kids can go, but a good rule of thumb is to not go past the offices. If you have gone past the office, you have gone too far. This festival will nearly triple our number of students on campus so it is important that we follow these guidelines.

BATHROOMS: The custodians have asked that we use the bathrooms near both these offices. These are not large bathrooms so please have students come all ready for the day. These bathrooms are not “dressing rooms” and will not have space to facilitate that.
 
STAGE SET-UP: We will set up for the largest band and smaller bands will fill in toward the center. There will be unused stands and chairs but please do not rearrange the equipment. Percussion and other equipment provided will be as follows:
